To complete the application process, the applicant must submit the following documents:

1. A duly filled-in application form.
2. The original Indian passport along with a photocopy.
3. A copy of the Canadian Citizenship certificate.
4. A copy of the Canadian passport, if available.
5. Proof of Canadian address, which can be a copy of a driver's license (DL), utility bill, rent agreement, or BC ID.
